When has it happened in your life? You knew you needed help, but couldn't bring yourself to ask.

We think we're being brave by going it alone, but sometimes it takes more guts to ask for a hand.

I wrote "Asking for Help" at a dark moment. I didn't know what the hell I was doing next. Thanks to some help and a push here and there, that dead end became a turning point.

We hope this song brings solace and courage to anyone out there who knows they can't make it on their own. There's no shame in asking for help.
