When our son Elio was in the womb, we called him "Supermoon. As the pregnancy went on, he was sitting upright (breech position) way past the point he was supposed to turn.

I wrote him "Oh Yeah (Supermoon)" to encourage him to take the dive. Sang it through Priska's belly. Genre: Womb dub? Plugged or unplugged?

We finally recorded the song this year. When I was mixing the instrumental section, Elio came in and said "That's the part where my spirit was coming in, and I was learning to love Mama".

Jeremy Mage & The Magi New York, New York

Mage is a New Yorker living in Switzerland. He played B-3 in church and broke his nose in a mosh pit, and then years later he broke it again on a Steinway. In between, he studied with Baba Olatunji, Alan Ginsberg, Fred Frith, Yusef Lateef; learned Raga in Varanasi and clave in Havana. He world-toured with Lizz Wright, Wunmi, and the Easy Star All Stars.
